At FITCORE NUTRITION, we take care to ensure that your order reaches you safely and correctly. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or a duplicate product, please contact us and we will review the issue.

1. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • You received a duplicate/wrong product due to an order fulfilment error.

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect product selection, or if you simply do not like the product.

2. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the outer packaging
  • Unboxing video, if available
  • A brief description of the damage

Our team will review the submitted information and determine whether the product qualifies for a return or replacement.

3. Defective Products

If you believe that a product is defective, contact us with your order details and clear photographs/videos showing the issue.

After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

4. Duplicate / Wrong Product

If you receive a duplicate or incorrect product due to an error in order fulfilment, please contact us immediately.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Product no longer wanted by the customer
  • Product not meeting personal expectations
  • Failure to read product information before purchase
  • Incorrect quantity selected by the customer

6. Return Requirements

For an eligible return, customers may be required to provide:

  • Valid order number
  • Photographs/videos of the issue
  • Product packaging
  • Details of the problem

Please retain the product and its packaging until our team has completed the verification process.

We reserve the right to reject a return request if the issue does not fall under our eligible return conditions or sufficient evidence is not provided.

7. Refunds

If a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed through the appropriate payment method.

For prepaid orders, the refund may be processed through the original payment method where technically possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in your bank account or payment account may depend on the relevant payment gateway or financial institution.

8. Replacement

Where an eligible product is damaged, defective, duplicate or incorrectly delivered, FITCORE NUTRITION may provide a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

If the replacement product is unavailable, an appropriate alternative resolution may be provided.

9. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable unless the return is the result of an error attributable to FITCORE NUTRITION or otherwise required under applicable law.

For eligible damaged, defective or incorrect-product cases, the resolution will be determined after verification.

10. Order Cancellation

Customers may contact us to request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
